After graduating from the International Hotel Management School in December 2020 (NHL Stenden University), Roos decided it was time for something different and switched to work in the financial services field. Over the past 2 years, she was involved in advisory work for an insurance intermediary. Here she gained knowledge about risk minimization for clients, and the requirements of the WFT and developed a clear picture of the total insurance market. She later grew into the role of account manager of affiliated and potential partners, where she helped expand the business of the intermediary through potential partnerships, for example with banks or via collaboration with InsurTech companies. Next to work, she is currently following the Executive Programme in Management Studies (MSc) at the University of Amsterdam with a focus on strategy, management consulting, and artificial intelligence.
 
With over 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry and the obtained knowledge from the insurance industry, Roos now wants to make an impact within the insurance practice at FiSer Consulting, with hospitality at the heart of her services.
 
When not at work, Roos likes to explore new restaurants around the city or go to the gym.
