As with all companies, FiSer Consulting has seen new team members come and go in the last year. Happy for those who embark on new adventures, and thankful for the people joining the team. The event of last year, the mountain biking event, has succeeded in style. We went water skiing, followed by a nice dinner. Per July 26th we welcome Andrey Kim as a Senior Consultant within our Payments Practice. Andrey is a Banking professional with extensive experience in Transaction Banking, Corporate and Financial Institutions senior management positions. He is very driven to succeed, inquisitive with agility to learn and change, passionate and steadfast about lifetime values and career goals. Andrey has 22 years’ experience in banking, has worked in several countries and speaks English, Dutch and Russian.

Fiser Consulting is proud to announce our participation in Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University’s 2021 Living Management Project, where we will collaborate with two groups of Full-time MBA students to solve real-life business challenges.  Today, we are thrilled to have the kick-off meeting with the teams assigned to our projects. In the upcoming four weeks, two teams will be working on different projects and deliver corresponding solutions in the final presentation on July 9th. We are excited to start this one-month journey with our fellow team members. Can’t wait to be inspired by these international talents!

Starting 1st of May, we welcome Avani Bahuguna to our team as Senior Consultant. Avani is a multi-faceted management professional with demonstrated global expertise in Business Strategy, Organizational Transformation, Change Management, and Business Development. Avani has an extensive and proven experience in driving innovation through data-driven modular processes within enterprise-wide strategic initiatives in the Insurance Industry. She is well versed in go to market acceleration, digital strategy formulation,  Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and Agile frameworks. With a passion for embracing global best practises and having worked with multinational teams in the insurance domain, she is a firm proponent of empathetic approaches for solution discovery.  She believes in the ethos of understanding and exceeding stakeholder requirements to help deliver complex transformations at scale.

1st of April 2015 FiSer Consulting started its commitment to driving the financial services industry’s future by helping our clients deliver complex business transformations. As of now 1st of April 2021 we work with the leading financial institutions in the Netherlands, carrying out our belief “being the assurance for delivery” in day-to-day life. We are grateful for our clients’ trust and hope to grow with them in the journey of transformations in the future. We want to thank our own FiSer colleagues’ contributions to make also the last year a fruitful and wonderful year. We will proceed our mission to bring the financial services sector into the next generation!

Per March 1st we welcome Pei–Hsuan Lo as a Consultant. Pei is a project-plan enthusiast with of over 4 years experience in strategic transformation programs. For her projects she received highest level performance assessments for her contributions. With a background in data and customer experience led projects she will be a perfect addition to our team.

We are extremely proud to be awarded the FD Gazelle 2020 for the 2nd year running. This means that we are recognised as one of the fastest growing firms in the Netherlands. This growth is mostly a result of your hard and dedicated work to further spread the FiSer brand into the market as ‘the firm to turn to’ for ‘Assurance for delivery’. In the tradition of FiSer Consulting this calls for drinks. However due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and the related restrictions we will postpone drinks to when this is safe again. Thank you very much to make this happen!

  FiSer Consulting has turned an important page in its short history: Fiser celebrated its 5th anniversary on the 1st of April 2020! Since 2015, we have been busy in establishing a solid brand in the Dutch financial services industry. We look back on the past years and establish that we have been able to build a solid consulting business in the Netherlands. More importantly, we look towards the future and hope that we can to continue this journey together with the people we like to work with, both on the client side as well as with our own FiSer colleagues. We hope that we will continue to have the confidence of our clients to to assure delivery of complex business transformation that will help shape the financial services industry in the coming years. Although we really wanted to celebrate this with all our key clients and dear team members, Corona lock down prevented such celebration, however we will ensure that with the next opportunity we will still take the time to celebrate this joyful event.
