It also provides a chance for employees to take a break from their daily routines and recharge their batteries in a beautiful natural setting. Looking forward to our next mountain ski trip with new joiners, a bigger team, and an amazing spirit as usual!

After graduating from the International Hotel Management School in December 2020 (NHL Stenden University), Roos decided it was time for something different and switched to work in the financial services field. Over the past 2 years, she was involved in advisory work for an insurance intermediary. Here she gained knowledge about risk minimization for clients, and the requirements of the WFT and developed a clear picture of the total insurance market. She later grew into the role of account manager of affiliated and potential partners, where she helped expand the business of the intermediary through potential partnerships, for example with banks or via collaboration with InsurTech companies. Next to work, she is currently following the Executive Programme in Management Studies (MSc) at the University of Amsterdam with a focus on strategy, management consulting, and artificial intelligence. With over 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry and the obtained knowledge from the insurance industry, Roos now wants to make an impact within the insurance practice at FiSer Consulting, with hospitality at the heart of her services. When not at work, Roos likes to explore new restaurants around the city or go to the gym.

Gabor has around 3 years of professional experience within the financial sector. Before joining FiSer Consulting, Gabor worked as a Financial Management Consultant at Zanders focusing on risk advisory services to banks and asset managers, including model development and model validations. Beforehand, he worked at the largest bank in the Central-European region called OTP Bank as a Strategy, Planning, and Controlling intern and later worked as a Controlling and Analysis Expert where he was responsible for the profitability calculations for the foreign subsidiaries of the group. Gabor occasionally also holds problem-solving and business training for talented university students as Trainer at Case Solvers.Gabor is analytically strong and a critical thinker. He excels in problem-solving, which is evidenced by the 6 gold, 7 silver, and 2 bronze medals he achieved in several Economics and Business competitions. Additionally, he was selected as the best strategy case solver in Hungary. In his free time, Gabor likes sports (basketball, football, running, ping-pong, and tennis), loves to play chess, and fan of rock and metal music.

On our 8th year anniversary, we celebrate all that we have accomplished as a team, everyone’s hard work and commitment to the company are truly inspiring.Here’s to another year of success, growth, and happiness at FiSer Consulting, and cheers to many more!

Jeroen is a banking professional with more than ten years of experience in the consultancy sector at Capgemini Consulting and EY Advisory, where he worked on large scale regulatory and transformation projects.In addition, he has worked for five years as a senior supervisor within the ECB’s Single Supervisory Mechanism (SSM). As such, he worked in two of the ECB’s Joint Supervisory Teams (JSTs) and carried out ongoing supervision of two significant European banks. He performed the yearly Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process (SREP and has experience with coordinating international supervisory teams as a team-lead and coordinating onsite deep dives and inspections at banks. Topics of expertise are banking business models, banking supervision (including SREP), risk management, legal and complaince risks, climate change risks, recovery and resolution planning, outsourcing arrangements, and digitalization. In his free time, Jeroen likes to go running and cycling and collects vinyl.

his has been outstanding, challenging yet the most fun activity that made everyone cook regardless of their failure records in the kitchen. Usually, everyone says cooking is a skill, but it is not! After this Korean Cooking Class that FiSer’s team joined, we noticed that cooking is a science – understanding how multiple things react to each other on the plate. It is an art – understanding how food interacts with the senses not just through taste but also visually. It is a business – understanding the economics of putting up a plate that makes money. It is a way of life – understanding what it takes to create and develop dishes that hit the soul. It’s always an idea to bring our daily life activities into what we do in business, and only then you can understand that business and cooking are the same except for the recipe.

It was great to bring our permanents, working associates, and partners into our Ice Sculpting Event, which was all about collaboration, brainstorming, crafting, competing, and, above all, having fun! A boat doesn’t go forward if each one is rowing their own way, and that’s why we believe that such a team bonding activity is a necessity and not an option for our culture because this is what makes us stronger and drives us for more achievements. Glad to see all these happy faces and for the people that couldn’t join us, see you soon!
