Dirk Worm

In 2015, we have started our young, niche and independent consulting boutique in Amsterdam, The Netherlands by bringing over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. In 2024, we expanded our global presence with the opening of our second office in Frankfurt, Germany.

We have been growing a lot since we started the company to become a scale-up now, winning the FD Gazelle Award for the 5th year in a row.

Jana Galacova

Senior Program Management Officer
With over 20 years of experience in accounting, data analyses, reporting, consulting, compliance and program management Jana provides great added value to programs in all types of organizations. Jana is capable of operating in management consultancy and program management roles and is comfortable to operate in highly complex and political environments. Jana has strong interpersonal and communication skills. She is solution oriented, responsible and challenge driven.
Kim Marchant

Business Consultant
Kim is an experienced consultant with more than 19 years’ experience in the Banking industry across both the Trading and Banking books. He is a highly motivated, goal orientated professional, experienced in delivering strategic and operational change in complex financial landscapes. Proven success in planning and execution of high priority, time critical initiatives. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with people from diverse backgrounds, build key relationships and create a high level of engagement with stakeholders.
Samuel Moylan

Business Consultant
Samuel is a seasoned business consultant with more than 15 years’ experience in change programs, mostly within Financial Markets. He typically operates as a Versatile Business Analyst (business & IT side) in areas such as process and system design, business process and system migrations/integrations, bespoke systems, regulatory reporting, data analysis and accountancy. Strong requirement documentation, functional design and process modelling skills. With his project leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, he can operate in almost any change initiative within Financial Markets.
Rakesh Parmar

Change Manager
Rakesh is a hands-on manager with an exceptional track record in initiating and delivering IT, finance and mobile/web projects using Agile, PRINCE2 and hybrid methodologies. Flexible and innovative with over 25 years’ experience working with international teams, defining strategy at executive level to implementation at technical level. Rakesh has an in-depth knowledge of IT, Finance and business with excellent stakeholder management skills and has a proven talent in inspiring teams to stay focused, highly motivated and goal-oriented.
Martin Smith

Senior Consultant
Martin has 10 years’ PMO and project management experience supporting organisational-, process- and systems- change programmes in the international banking sector, and an additional 10 years’ experience managing web-development projects and associated client accounts. He has a proven track record delivering projects on time, to budget and to specification, with excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Dutch. Martin has strong organisational, interpersonal and client service skills, is personable, and able to work effectively under stress. Martin is used to work in complex international delivery environments where it is key to deliver high quality against strict timelines within budget.
Bart Wals

Senior Business Consultant
Bart has over 20 years of experience in delivering projects within financial services, covering banking, asset management, clearing and custody. He has worked with management (teams) to deliver a shared business or technology change. Bart switches easily between strategic and tactical level. He has gained experience in both front office and back office environments. Bart maintains a helicopter view, with a strong focus on result and execution. He remains calm under pressure and communicates clearly and effectively.
Selma Schram

Program Manager
Selma has a broad national and international Project/Program management, (interim) Line manager and Consultancy experience around governance, risk, compliance, and IT. With her energy and enthusiasm, she can motivate and connect people within the setting of cooperation.
