The winner of the Gazellen Award for years 2019, 2020, and 2021, 2022 is growing the team and recruiting for a Senior Insurance Consultant.
ABOUT THE ROLE
For this role you will draw on your, and the teams, experience of delivering change within the Insurance & Pensions Industry.
Therefore, you:
- Work in a high performing team that delivers excellent results for their clients.
- Design structured approaches to deliver change within the Insurance & Pensions Industry.
- Drive and deliver business transformation assignments with our clients.
- Manage all aspects of a client project, including relationships with various stakeholders.
- Lead high-performing teams in an inclusive and empathetic way.
- Drive business development initiatives with your strong network in the Financial Services Industry.
- Develop your leadership style, leveraging your own passion, strengths, and personal values.
- Participate in strategy development and implementation to expand our firm.
- Enrich the current customer base of FiSer Consulting by attracting new business.
- Develop partnerships by engaging technology suppliers to ensure delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Improve yourself as a consultant and entrepreneur.
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled individual who is eager to contribute their expertise to our team’s success.
Therefore, you have:
- A masters degree.
- Working experience at a consulting firm.
- +5 years of experience within the Financial Services Industry and mainly Insurance & Pensions, for example at an insurance company, bank or a consultancy firm.
- Relevant network in the insurance industry for the type of business of FiSer Consulting.
- Experience in working on projects through the full lifecycle from initiation to implementation – managing issues, and risks and resolving conflicts on behalf of project sponsors.
- Good understanding of all developments within the Insurance Industry, especially in the areas of regulation, organizational change, and IT innovation.
- Project/Change Management skills or Business Analytical skills across the full change management lifecycle within Agile environments (service and loyalty).
- Passion about Digital Transformation (i.e. you stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments).
- Flexibility and enthusiasm about gaining new experiences across different clients and adapting to challenging environments.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A collaborative, delivery-focused, limits-pusher, and problem solver spirit.
- Excellent Dutch and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
WE OFFER
- A competitive salary depending on your experience and capabilities, along with a yearly bonus (ranging from 0 – 15% of your annual pay, depending on your and the company’s performance).
- A holiday entitlement of 25 days a year. The entitlement is increased based on the number of years of service with 1 day after 2 years, another 1 day after 3 years and another 3 days after 5 years of service. Furthermore, you are entitled to 1 additional Diversity Day.
- Possibility to buy a maximum of 10 additional days per calendar year.
