ABOUT THE ROLE
To strengthen our pool of Associates we are always looking for Freelance Associate Consultants that want to contribute in delivering change within the Financial Services Industry.
We are looking for project managers, program managers, workstream leads, business analysts, subject-matter experts.
ABOUT YOU
- 7+ years of experience within the Financial Services Industry (e.g. Finance, Financial and non-Financial Risk Management, Risk Modelling, Payments, Operations, IT) with a specific focus on business transformation.
- Experience in working on projects through full lifecycle from initiation to implementation – managing issues, risks and resolving conflicts on behalf of project sponsors.
- A good understanding of all developments on regulatory side, organisational side, and IT innovation side within the Financial Services Industry.
- Project/Change Management skills or Business Analytical skills across the full change management lifecycle within Agile working environments.
- A strong network within the Dutch Financial Services Industry.
- A collaborative, delivery focused, limits-pusher, and problem solver spirit.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal. Dutch language knowledge or willingness to learn is preferred.
