Starting 1st of May, we welcome Avani Bahuguna to our team as Senior Consultant.

Avani is a multi-faceted management professional with demonstrated global expertise in Business Strategy, Organizational Transformation, Change Management, and Business Development.

Avani has an extensive and proven experience in driving innovation through data-driven modular processes within enterprise-wide strategic initiatives in the Insurance Industry.

She is well versed in go to market acceleration, digital strategy formulation,  Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and Agile frameworks.

With a passion for embracing global best practises and having worked with multinational teams in the insurance domain, she is a firm proponent of empathetic approaches for solution discovery.  She believes in the ethos of understanding and exceeding stakeholder requirements to help deliver complex transformations at scale.
